Yoga: Reconnect, Rejuvinate, Rejoice.

Workshop bei Dekoloniale Akademie

On Saturday we will kick-off the Dekoloniale Academy with a yoga class.

Afro Yoga Flows with Dinah Akua are gentle yet powerful movements that unite body, mind and spirit and lead to the moment of deep experience and awakening.

In the first part of the class you will learn the yoga sequence step by step. In the second part, we flow more dynamically through the postures, resulting in a creative and harmonious movement. You experience a meditation in motion that works on all levels.

For everyone who wants to experience yoga from a decolonized perspective.

Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Spoken language: English
