纳米比亚首部歌剧《Chief Hijangua》在柏林的欧洲首演

Hijangua 酋长是纳米比亚的第一部歌剧，作为纳米比亚与德国的合作项目，于 2022 年在纳米比亚国家剧院首演。

作品 »Chief Hijangua« 在殖民时期就纳米比亚和德国之间的共同历史进行了多语言和跨文化交流：该歌剧以纳米比亚的一种语言 Otjiherero 和德语演唱。柏林广播交响乐团在作曲家的指挥下演奏。

作为与柏林纪念文化示范项目“isiko lokukhumbula edolobheniDekoloniale纪念文化”合作的一部分，9 月 15 日的首映式将嵌入 2023 年Dekoloniale文化节的晚间节目中。

艺术节总监 Nadja Ofuatey-Alazard ：»我们以批判殖民主义和种族主义的视角陪伴柏林演出。如果跨国合作要在困难的历史背景下取得成功，就需要全方位的学习过程。«
